Why are MSN Bots never online!?

Why are MSN Bots NEVER ONLINE. I added alot of them and they are never online. Also if anyone knows any MSN bots that are always online let me know. But i don't want a huge list of random bots you have added I want bots that are ALWAYS ONLINE. If not always then 90% of the time or at late times like 1 am and stuff ( that;s when I go on MSN).
