How to feed a baby goat that won't drink milk?

I got a two week old baby goat and since I got her yesterday I have not gotten her to eat willingly. I have a bottle of milk and also a bucket of milk - no go willingly, I just have to shove it down her throat. I also have coastal and some alfalfa hay - she munches it, but doesn't actually eat it, just ends up back on the ground. The feed store guy suggested calf manna - wetting it a bit and giving it to her as mush. She hasn't touched that willingly either. I'm at a loss. I only have a week before she goes to my parents who won't have time to feed her by hand, please help. Any suggestions I am grateful for.
