Will my pregnancy be okay?

I had a m/c almost a year ago. I found out that I am pregnant again. We are sooo excited. I am 5 weeks and 5 days along. Last week my HCG went from 2,177 to 3,871. This morning , when I wiped I had some pink blood on the tp. It has since faded to brown, and is very scarce. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm not having any bad cramping, just little twinges every now and then.
