Is this a serious condition?

My wife has a small focal fluid collection in the medial right temoporal lobe, which measures 7 mm in diameter, and is consistant with a small choroid fissure cyst. no other m or m effect is seen. No intra or extraaxial fluid acations are noted. The ventricles and sulci are of normal size. She has been lightheaded and feeling just sick for a while now but docs said the cyst is not big enough to casue these symptoms so we should not worry about the cyst. Anyone have any other info on cyst of the brain like this one?
