How should I approach my parents about?

Goin to a new years party at a university? my parents r very very very very strict. They kno I'm probably goin to drink. And I'm almost 100 percent they will say no, how can I make them change their minds? I'm 19 and I kno it's hard to believe they nvr let me go out I HATE MY LIFE
