What size jar do I put brine shrimp in?

I'm doing a thing, and I need to know what size jar I should put them in? It said after they hatch you put them in the hatchery and if salt water gets blurry you move them to a cleaner one. I have the hatchery but can the jar be anything? I have a mini one but it's about the size of my pinkie! lol i've never done this!
