My is getting itchy on and off!!!! Help!!?

I just starting getting a lil itchy yesterday. It comes and goes. I also noticed I have these lol white specks or dots on my !!!!! They come every once in swipe, like maybe every month or so. And really rarely my itches a lil!!!! I know my period is coming soon, I've been a lot with a vibrator, and I probably had a yeast infection like last month and I've never been ually active. Any idea if it's just a seasonal thing or something?!?!?
