Could Man u put Spurs out of Europe for next season?

Spurs not sitting pretty in the EPL so would probably be counting on success in either the CC or the FA cup as means of a route into Europe then as bad luck would have it, if they get to the final of the CC they will probably play Man u, and have to also get past them in the fourth round of the FA cup... can the losing finalist of the CC still get through to the UEFA cup as they can in the FA cup if the winner is already through
