Question about 16 year old from Michigan driving after midnight in Indiana.?

Ok i am from Michigan and 16. Here you cant drive past midnight until your 17, me and some friends are going to cedar point Saturday. I will be out of Ohio by midnight but ill be in Indiana probably past midnight and since i live just across the MI IN border I'm not worried about driving in michigan. But here is the thing in indiana 16 year olds on saturday nights cant be driving past 1 am so i should be home by then. But since im from michigan what law applies? Also they just enacted this law and it says any license issued after June 30, 2009 and i got my license at the being of june and i dont believe there was a driving curfew before that so what happens if i get pulled over?
