PLEASE HELP. HOW DO I TURN OFF CAPS ON A VERIZON CELL PHONE!!!!?

I have to leave in like 10 min. I have the LG voyager by verizon. There is NO way of doing it!!!! whn i go to options, or anything!! PL;EASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
